How to check unlock

※ Please confirm that your phone is unlocked through your mobile service provider or manufacturer.

iOS (iPhone)
Android Phone

Check if your iPhone is unlocked

  • Go to Settings → General → About
  • Look for ‘Carrier Lock’
If it says "No SIM restrictions", your phone is unlocked.

Check if your Android phone is unlocked

    ① For eSIM-supported devices

  • Go to Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Network Operators → Turn Off the Select automatically

    • ② For devices without eSIM support

  • Go to Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Network Operators → Search Networks

  • Check the Available Networks list
If carrier names appear, your phone is unlocked.
