the temporary exemption of the Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) for U.S. passport holders has been extended.

Countries/regions currently exempt from K-ETA (including the United States) are subject to this extension.
During this period, eligible travelers may enter Korea without applying for K-ETA.

Those who wish to receive benefits from K-ETA approval, such as not having to submit an arrival card, may still apply for K-ETA. In that case, the application fee will be charged.
Those who have already obtained K-ETA may use it until its expiration date.

❌ Not allowed in both carry-on and checked baggage

– Cordless hair curlers (including brush types)
– Cordless irons

– Products with removable batteries
– Products equipped with a physical battery disconnection function (fuse cut-off)
👉 Only allowed in carry-on baggage after prior airline approval (not permitted in checked baggage)
