1. General Provisions
ⓐ Personal information refers to the information pertaining to a living individual, and the information that can identify an individual such as name, resident registration number, and video.
ⓑ Korea eSIM/USIM relevant services (hereinafter, the ‘Service’) deem Customer personal information very important. In addition, the Service notifies the Customer on Personal Information Processing Policy that the Service makes continuous efforts to protect Customer personal information in an effective and active manner.

2. Personal Information Items & Purpose of Collection/Use
ⓐ The following information are being collected and used to provide essential Service.

Contact for service offering and Handling customer complaints	Contact information (email or mobile no.)
Payment and charge for the service	Credit card company name, Name of card holder, Valid date, Payment information

ⓑ The Service can collect and use auto-created information that can be collected without user consent (i.e., the information that are automatically created upon Service contract implementation such as logs, billing and payment records) and payment information (payment details, paid/overdue status, back payment etc.) for the purposes specified in the consent items.

ⓒ The personal information collected for the Service can be used as information and data that cannot identify an individual.

3. Consent to Personal Information Collection
ⓐ The Service has a process for Customer consent to personal information collection and use. Once signing on the consent form or selecting consent when ordering online, the Customer will be deemed to have expressed their consent to personal information collection and use.

ⓑ The Customer has the right not to consent to personal information collection and use and there will be no disadvantages even though they choose not to consent. However, if the Customer refuses to consent, the Service may not be available or the Service will be restricted according to the purpose of use.

4. How to Collect Personal Information
The Service collects personal information related to the Customer through document forms and websites.

5. Use of Personal Information Collected and Supply to a Third Party
ⓐ The Service will use the Customer personal information within the scope specified in the Service application form, terms of use, and the personal information items and purpose of collection/use in this personal information processing policy.
ⓑ To provide better Service, Customer personal information can be supplied to or shared with affiliated parties.
ⓒ The Service may use and provide personal information collected with caution in the following exceptional cases:
1) If necessary for payment and settlement arising from the Service provisioning
2) If regulated by other laws such as the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, the Framework Act on National Taxes, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Real Name Financial Transactions and Guarantee of Secrecy, the Use and Protection of Credit Information Act, the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Local Tax Act, the Framework Act on Consumers, the Bank of Korea Act, the Criminal Procedure Act, etc.
Note: In cases where there are special provisions in the law of South Korea, the Customer personal information will be provided in due process according to the legal provisions.

6. Personal Information Retention and Discard
1. The Company can retain and use the Customer personal information for 182 days from Service termination.
ⓑ The personal information will be discarded immediately in case of the followings:
1) if the Customer withdraws his/her consent to personal information collection and use
2) if the purpose of collection/use has been achieved or the retention/use period is elapsed
3) if there are any justifiable reasons such as business closure
Note: In cases where it is determined necessary to retain Customer personal information, such as for the payment and settlement of Service fees, litigation or disputes, and the Customer management, the Company will retain only the minimum necessary personal information for a period of time.
